About Wombat

Wombat (aka Womble, Womby) came to us from Novatella Rattery. He was so named because he has a cute rounded belly and bum, wild agouti colouring, and is very, very naughty. He also loves to dig around under things (soft tunnels, cage bedding, etc), like a wombat.

He has spectacular agouti colouring, a white berkshire marking that begs for belly kisses and a very cheeky smile. He's a crazy rat, always getting up to some kind of mischief. Digging around under the bedding and disrupting the cage decor, chewing on the cage trays and clubhouse, shoving fabric about, digging and flinging in the food bowls. He loves to run the wodent wheel and can scale the cage in seconds - either up the ladders or by climbing the walls.
